About Chalet 86

Chalet 86, Dunster Beach is situated right in the centre of the sea side row of chalets, a short way beyond the shop.  The chalet was fully refurbished in 2014 and sleeps up to 4.  The style is fresh and spacious with a bit of a 1960s/Scandi/vintage feel. 

Dogs (max 1 large or 2 small) and children are welcome. 

There is a walled off twin bedroom, themed like a railway compartment, with a small chest of drawers, luggage rack for additional storage and boxes under the bed as well as hooks and hangers on the walls for coats etc. The bathroom has toilet, basin and shower and a small storage locker for cleaning materials (supplied). 

The rest of the chalet is open plan and includes a fitted kitchen with a full sized electric cooker with halogen hob, fridge (with freezing compartment) and microwave.  There is hot and cold water throughout. 

Everything is run by electricity and there is a coin meter situated in the kitchen area.  All china, cutlery and cooking equipment is stored in the cupboards and there is additional cupboard space for your own food. 

The sitting/dining area has a large three/four seater sofa which opens out into a king size bed or two singles, dining table and chairs, a TV with Freeview and DVD and a panoramic view of Dunster beach, the Quantocks and Somerset coast beyond. 

There is an electric heater inside and chairs/table/sun umbrella for use outside in the garden.  There is also a wind break and some beach toys/chairs.  The front garden is fenced but the beach-side garden is open. 

One double and two single duvets as well as plenty of pillows and a couple of woollen blankets are provided but you will need your own bedding, towels and tea towels.
